Leaving for SOCAP

I land at Oakland airport tomorrow night to sleep 6 hours on a friend's couch and then get to Fort Mason to check everything out.

Preparation so far:

• Talked to people who have been there to identify non-conference places I should hang around: sounds like Greens restaurant is a definite spot. Looks a little pricey from the website though...
• Identified the hotels they recommend for attendees
